We offer a 28 day timeframe for refunds from receipt of order. Please return the item the same way you have received it in its original condition in the Untame packaging box i.e. no stains or scratches.
Follow these simple steps
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and explain your reasons why. Please wait till we respond to provide the return address. If you fail to contact us before returning a faulty item, your return may be rejected subject to our product inspection.
2. Please include the invoice inside the box or include your name and order number.
3. A deduction will be made from your refund if the Untame packaging box is written on, sellotaped or damaged in any way.
4. We do advise for you to return the item via a tracked service as we are not liable if the item is lost in transit.
5. Ensure that any original delivery labels are covered.
6. Send using a postage method of your choice (cost to be covered by yourself) and obtain proof of postage in case your return does not reach us.
Please allow up to 7 working days after receipt for your refund to be processed.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
