What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as PayPal. 

Why has my payment failed?

Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. If you have entered incorrect details, please try again and double check the information you are entering. Please contact us via email if you continue to have difficulties with placing your order.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment will be taken immediately once your card is authorised and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we offer 10% off to new customers on their first purchase. The discount code is 'Welcome10' to use at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship worldwide as of yet however we do accept requests made via email or DM on Instagram to see if we can arrange shipping to certain locations based on our scale.

Custom and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

Custom or Import charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.

How do I return and get a refund?

Can you tell me more information about your products?

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page. However if there is something more specific that you would like to know, please contact us with the product name.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?

Please make sure that you have checked your junk folder for the email. If you still believe you have not received it, please feel free to contact us and we will be able to help you.

Can I cancel my order?

We are not able to edit the order once you have placed it as we work hard to ensure your order is processed and dispatched in a timely manner. You can, however, amend your order as much as you like before you proceed to checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, you can return the item for a refund.

Do I need to set up an account to make an order?

Yes you do, but it's simple to do and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.
